Our core team and instructors are physically dispersed, working from small or home offices, or on-site with clients. To communicate and work effectively with each other, we make extensive use of modern internet technology, including video conferencing. One advantage of our model is that our people may be based almost anywhere in the world. However, the structure requires that if you wish to become one of the team, you must be self motivated, able to work for long periods on your own, and comfortable using internet collaboration technology. You must have excellent writing and structural skills, an understanding of teaching, and the ability to see beauty in a page. principal instructor Teaching from our extensive application development and enterprise infrastructure curriculum, instructors should usually have a bachelors, masters or doctoral degree in a computer related field, at least five years relevant business experience, be a subject matter expert, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
