open graduate programme The Open Graduate Programmme is for organisations that only recruit a few graduates each year, but wish to offer the excellence of training provided by some of their competitors. Top graduates are attracted to companies able to develop their skills, and many leading company's use their training programme as a recruitment incentive. This programme is run over a period of four weeks as a public training event (shared by other companies and individuals) and is designed to enhance the core technical, professional and interpersonal skills of new graduates joining your Firm. As with all of our programmes, we focus on practical knowledge that enables technology to be applied in the construction of production quality systems. The follow topics are covered:
We recommend that companies using this programme also provide in-house training to help new graduates integrate into their environment. For example, a pre-week could explore personnel, cultural and business issues. A post-week could teach proprietary technologies and provide the opportunity for graduates to meet key technologists in the firm. We can provide advice on how to integrate the programme into your business, or can build an entirely custom programme if this better meets your needs. Graduate programmes are an inexpensive means of raising a company's profile during the University recruiting period.
